- Strong command of Figma, from structured files and prototyping to reusable components.
- Practical experience creating and maintaining design systems for live products.
- Experience using AI tools in real product design workflows, with sound design judgement.
- A portfolio that shows shipped digital products, clear thinking and attention to detail.
